go to the emergency room if you need too. that's a good way to get things done too. lol.

Pain radiates and may feel like it's coming from there but I don't think it is !

I was at the hospital a few weeks ago. and I asked if I could get an ultrasound done for my kidneys. they didn't see the need too. cause they checked my urine. and they weren't worried that the pain was coming from my kidney. i was disappointed. IF this keeps up I'll have a talk with my OB. I go back on in the 4th of December. @babynorwick

Yeah, flank pain is what you feel when your kidney hurts like a bitch and it's radiating from your back through to your stomach. Only drink cranberry juice if it's real 100% juice. The ingredients have to only say "cranberry juice" otherwise the sugar can make it worse.

I would just start drinking a lot of cranberry juice. ask your doctor for a kidney ultrasound they checked mine like that during pregnancy

so is flank pain the same thing as kidney pain? and water is all I drink lol. but maybe some cranberry juice as well I should drink. but yea I'll up my water intake. in hopes it helps. thanks girly. @bria.k

That's where my flank pain was. The first two times I had kidney stones were the only times it was really unbearable. All of the other times it hurt but not even 1/10th of the pain. If you had blood in your urine it was probably because you passed a stone. The only way they can tell is if they get the calcium in your urine in the test or if they see the stones in an X-ray.. So you have to still have them or be peeing them out at the time they test you. And they probably won't X-ray you while pregnant. Drink lots and lots of water and pee as much as possible, hopefully the pain will subside!

Okay. well maybe the aches and sharp pain is just from being pregnant. bc I've had kideny stones too. and was literally sick. throwing up. fever. so maybe it isn't.

I just worry cause I don't wanna have to go through kideny stones again.

a few weeks ago they found blood in my urine. but ruled out UTI. and kideny infection. but they didn't rule out kidney stones.

I think they are lower. but when I had my kidney pain it was lower than that.

well my Dr today said my urine looked good? so idk. I had gotten my gallbladder taken out 3 years ago. had a stent put in. and I feel like my gallbladder is still there. cause there pain. but Dr said it could be from the baby pushing against the stent. which makes it sore. @babynorwick

yeah for sure not a kidney stone was passing one that's how i found out i was pregnant

it's not kidney stone. I've had them multiple times if it was kidney stones you would be in more pain then think able and not wanting to be writing a post about it. lol. maybe kidney infection?
