Doctor checked my cervix again this week; 39 weeks and 3 cm and babies really low. however ever since she did the exam I'm having rly uncomfortable pains feel like period cramps. is this normal or are these some type of contractions ??

that makes sense, because I haven't been having any contractions atleast I don't think so, I don't rly know what to expect. but I've been having cramps like when I have a rly heavy period..
