I also have to take the gummies bug because everything else makes me puke and they seem to do what the pills do and they taste so good.

They're the only vitamins I've been able to keep down with both pregnancies.

I love the gummies I actually take them on a regular I can't do the pills

I wonder why gummies are easier on the stomach. Maybe the polls have more iron?

Gummies have no iron @39surp and that's why my midwife and pharmacist said they're easier on your tummy. I take additional dha too since gummies have less.
