I really need opinions here , should I go back to pumping milk or not ? I'm going back to work within the next week and I don't want any mistakes:/ my baby is 8 months old and has no interest in breastfeeding and hasn't been since she was 4-5 months old....help 😭

well I can't breastfeed, I've tried and tried and she won't take the nipple. it's been 4ish months since she's had breast milk she been on formula because I wasn't making enough milk. but I'm still making milk just not a lot . I'm about to go back to work and I wanted her to get the breast milk because it's healthier and I was gunna buy a pump and pump for her.
then there's no need to pump unless you already are pumping & feeding you'd just make it harder for yourself

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.

Then go ahead & do it but the thing with pumping to produce enough milk for her you HAVE to be pumping around the clock not just when you're at work & you have to make sure you stay hydrated & eat plenty
