Yes. my pulse is 140 resting. I had one and had 3 ekg's. tomorrow I go in to wear monitors for 2 weeks

I've had so many of those. It's quick and easy and they'll have the results almost immediately. They just attach leads to your chest and sometimes legs and press a button and it's over. They look for irregular beats with an echo. Sounds like you're experiencing tachycardia more than anything, though! I wouldn't stress it too much. :)

Take deep breaths in through your nose and exhale through your mouth. You got this! I'd hate to you to start hyperventilating, that's really not fun! I have an illness that causes me to become tachycardic when I move positions too quickly and I've had it for almost 7 years so I know what you're feeling and it is scary but the best thing you can do is stay calm.

Lol good! Yeah, I've scared quite a few docs with how high my heart rate can get too! It's funny because it's the norm for me and they don't see it that often so it sends them in panic mode.
