what all have you done to naturally induce

you should do squats and lunges, if you have a ball, sit on it and roll your hips.. that should help dilate you a little more ;)

@becky_rae, I've done squats as well as jumping jacks but I'll try the ball as well

I read proven methods are sex and nip stimulation !

well at least ur dialated....now u just gotta do as much as can to kick start labor....pineapples, red leaf raspberry tea, walking, bouncing on a ball, hell bounce on ur man!

u can pump or use ur hand 15 mins each nip switching for an hour three times a day ! good luck!

I wouldn't even get upset! I was 40 weeks and 3 days overdue, and mg doctor told me I was going to be induced lol that following week if I didn't go on my own. And thank God I went the same night on my own naturally! My hubby made me walk 3 miles and on the way back I felt my first contraction! And went in labor that night. I was so glad because I didn't want to be induced.

Aww I hope so too, I remember those days lol. Miserable, I was determined to go into labor. And that long long walk did it. Just make sure you have a big thing of water lol.
