Im having cramps and lower back pain the cramps feels like I'm about to start my period anyone know what this means.?

The cramps last a few seconds then go away and come back a few mins later 😩 but the back pain is constant

how long does it last? tell cramps I get too but they go away. try drinking more water

Has anyone had really bad cramps (Like Af was coming) and ended up pregnant? ?
babybump_user No it won't hurt because I put some in for a few days because I was spitting.
