it will literally feel like you're peeing yourself and you have no control to stop it.
not sure how common it is. my water ruptured with my first son and I kept feeling a wet spot on my couch and I kept thinking am I really peeing myself? Would go to the bathroom, wipe, clean up and then sit back down. I did this 3 times before I called my mom and was like wtf. sure enough, it was my water.
