She also could have blonde highlights.. My son came out with jet black hair straight, then his baby hair fell out and came back curly brown with blond and red highlights 😍

It took a while for my daughter to turn blonde. Her dad has dark hair but my natural color is blonde, her hair was soooo dark when she was born. Your baby's hair could very well turn blonde! I kinda see it!
It could also be a patch of blonde like a birth mark. I have a few clients who have that lol
