Why does it say I'm 37 weeks 7 days in this app & in others saying I'm 38 confused 😳👀

the whole how far along you are thing is always so confusing 😱😟😕💢

For example 7 weeks and 1 day here is the same as 7 weeks 0 days in other apps

It's basically the same thing, some apps just have it labeled different lol
