Is emergen-c ok to take during pregnancy I have a cold thanks to my husband

My dr told me no because the increase level of vitamin A but when I goggled I seen some ppl say they took it .

not sure ...I have the same concerns when I get headaches and need to take aspirin. Will it hurt the baby?

I drink a lil Coke a cola and it helps to @babycarthens

i wouldn't. you should already get a lot of vitamin c in your prenatal. plus even if you weren't pregnant, taking it when you get sick doesn't do anything because you're already sick

i took Tylenol. used a humidifier. you can put Vicks on the bottom of your feet and put socks on.

these are NOT safe
