So disappointed. I almost got my swing completely set up but there's a faulty piece so I can't finish it 😞 I waited over a month to be able to set this up (when we moved) was looking forward to it, literally I would not shut up about it and now that I was able to there's something wrong with it. I knew that was going to happen 😖

Call the company...number should be on the manual. they should send a new piece. happened to me with my glider chair something was wrong with the ottoman and they sent a new one.
