Really want to take a bath, but I'm dilated 1cm... think it's ok?

i did last night with epsom salt and im dilated 2 cm and 80% effaced. go for it

@jazminecaraball, I should also mention im positive for group B strep and really don't want to increase my odds of further infection

if your already dilating I wouldn't do it just to be safe

Idk about group b strep but I know that there's bathtubs in the hospital rooms at my nothing center for laboring. No for water births but just for being in while labor is progressing.

you can take a bath & group b doesn't spread through the water as long as your water inst broken baths are okay
