it's normal to have Lil bit cramping during the first weeks pregnant n I have sore breast too?

my first symptoms where sore breasts and food aversions then afterwards it was slight cramping

ok so it's normal right

I was told its normal as long as there's no bleeding. light cramping is okay. just everything growing and adjusting
