Has anybody had a UTI even after antibiotic ?

Well hopefully not make them make sure but really sure it's not a kidney infection I'm taking two pills twice a day it upsets my tummy so bad I have no appetite 😟

I'm taking those cranberry pills and they do help do you think it might be a kidney infection that's what my obgyn said if this doesn't help 😕

@williamsbaby2016, Make sure its not cranberry juice cocktail because all the sugar in that can make it worse. I've thought about just buying fresh cranberries.

@williamsbaby2016, That's EXACTLY how I feel. Taking D-Mannose and cranberry supplements helped me w lot but now that I'm pregnant I've stopped taking them.

I'm on the same boat on my second round of antibiotics mine doesn't hurt but my back hurts and I have blood when I urinate they gave me a stronger dose this time hopefully it helps

I've had a uti since I got pregnant they prescribe me macrobid, and it doesn't help. but I don't have pain with my uti

I've had so many utis in the past year! I get one at least once a month! doctors don't help, they just keep prescribing antibiotics.

It's actually gotten worse then it was and I have had some stomach and back pain, so that's why I'm going back in. @haybearsmomma

Screw what they think! Utis freaking suck and it hurts! It's not like your faking it, geez. You shouldn't have to feel that way! I mean maybe if you don't want to go just call and ask them if they can call you in another script. Tell them it's still there.?

Yea sometimes it takes a couple rounds to get rid of it! But I feel your pain! I hated them. I'd get rid of mine and not two days later id get it again! Idk why. But just tell your dr you still have them and he'll probably give you another script to take.

My first ob I had gave me keflex and it wouldn't help any and he just kept giving them to me. Than I found another ob and he said keflex wasn't even for utis I was mad. Anyway he gave me macrobid and it helped but I still kept getting it after I'd get rid of it. Than around 25 weeks I went to the ER cause I had a high fever and was extremely sick although they said I didn't have a uti at the time they pumped me with some antibiotics and also gave me some fluids and ever since than I haven't gotten it back. I think I just needed my system flushed out and all. Cause now I haven't had one

Yes I had it horrible during the first and second trimester I finally got rid of it around 25 weeks. But what antibiotics does he have u on?
