I'm so over this. My last period was two weeks ago and I never stopped spotting afterwords. Now I'm starting to bleed heavily again like I'm getting another period! I hate that stupid Depo shot so much. It has been 8 months and it still has my system completely out of whack. I'm thinking about making a doctors appointment today to see if there's anything she can do to help regulate my system so that I can finally get pregnant.
I was on it for a few months maybe a year.. I was not trying to get pregnant though so it could've been way sooner if I was trying! that pregnancy ended in an ectopic pregnancy though, and I got pregnant again 3 months after that. 16 weeks now. :) hopefully they can figure it out for you!
took me almost a year to get pregnant after the depo. my last depo was May 2014 i didnt get my period till January 2015 and finally got pregnant April 2015
Depo is the worst :( I bled the ENTIRE time I was on it & then got pregnant while I was about 2 months after I had received another shot. I don't think I will ever go back on it!
@hopeful_mommy, yeees me and my husband have been trying forever seems like. buut yes see her and tell her and of course she will be able to help you. thank you. good luck to you too :)
@shyannfleener, I've heard that helps! How long were you on the pill before you got pregnant?
@brittaneybluehorse, thank you! I'm hoping to go to the doctor soon to see if there is anything that she can give me to help. It has only been 8 months for me but I'm going crazy waiting. Good luck to you!
the only thing that helped my periods become regular after getting off the depo shot, was switching to the pill. (this was years ago & I wasn't trying to get pregnant) after missing a few pills awhile later, I became pregnant. good luck!
I finally after almost two years had to go see my doctor. he prescribed me provera to get my periods started because I was irregular and then after three months of taking provera I'm starting clomid. soo there is hope :)
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
Science!
My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
@hopeful_mommy, to be honest with you.. I was on depo for 14 years. when I came off, everything was irregular. My doc said it's normal and actually recommended going back on it. I got one more shot then stopped it. Everything was normal and got pregnant 6 months later. There is a light at the end of the tunnel :)
