dislike having a hard time falling asleep ... takes forever to fall asleep n so uncomfortable

I go through the same thing like every night smh 😐

try sleeping sitting up. sounds weird but feels amazing.

I'm going through the same thing I slept sitting up for to weeks with my arms up above my head and it was really comfy. now I'm finally able to lay down every once in a while.
