Around what week does the doctors start to check your cervix to see if your effaced & dilated?
You can decide. I didn't get checked yet and I'm 40 weeks this Friday. It doesn't prove anything. Some women have 1-2 more dilation for weeks when others have 0 and go into labor next day. So I prefer to skip this procedure
