I just have a question my sister wants to do a gender reveal party and I want to do it too but my fiancés parents are not happy that we are having a baby because we didn't get married first and we shouldn't been having sex in the first place.. They are religious by the way.. But anyways I want them to be there but I don't want them to ruin my day. I hope they get excited and hoping when the baby gets here they will be more happier.. I told my fiancé if they don't accept us having a baby when it gets here they will have nothing to do with the baby.. Am I wrong.. What should i do? I feel weird being around them I feel like they judge me

I thought the same thing see thing is misery begets misery love begets love. my MIL I swore was gonna destroy my baby shower. have a plan. if they get crazy or u start feeling g uncomfortable ask them kindly to leave then ur in the clear 2 birds 1 stone and they're GONE 4 GOOD LOL
@bella91, thank you and that's what I said what are they to judge.. I'm going to invite them but me and my sister are afraid that they are going to take the excitement away from us.. I guess I'm going to much into this
I bet they probably had sex before marriage. you shouldn't feel weird. that's a man made law btw, and people that are true believers of faith and blessings don't judge so live your life do the right thing and invite them & give them the opportunity to decline or not and be happy with the blessing that good Lord has bestowed to you and your SO. Thanks yes we both have told them that.. My family has even said the same thing they are just religious and that is there beliefs.. It drives me crazy.
You're a grown women not a teenager & this is 2015 not 1950 I'd tell them to take their opinion shove it. Lol
Sounds like a plan I will do that.. I don't think they would especially around my family because they will tell them how it is.. My sister is not afraid to speak up..
