@nikki562, download an app called ovia pregnancy and it has a list of foods that you can and can't eat while pregnant. It's a big help.
Make sure it's cooked good. And don't eat seafood a lot. Do it as a treat here and there 😄
You can just not sea food with too much Mercury. It's dangerous for the baby
yupp, there's only 4 types of fish you should never eat (it's like swordfish and some other weird ones). it's totally fine if it's cooked. alot of the super paranoid warning stuff are things that are like a .00001% chance of something happening.
