I haven't worn a bra ALLLLLLL day. Sadie is going through her 6 month growth spurt and has been attached all day. it might not be as comfortable as it was. some days I can't stand not wearing one
When I went to sleep while breast feeding I either slept with a towel under me and basically just snuggled it lol. Or I got a really soft comfortable sports bra and wore breast pads

I dont wear a bra when I sleep. I leak EVERYWHERE but its so much more comfy. lol.
