I absolutely HATE when my step mom acts like she knows everything! OMG. She told me if I have a C-section that they leave part of my incision so it can drain....is this true!?! 😱

I'm scheduled for vaginal delivery. But anything could happen and I just wanted to make sure she was wrong because I've never heard of that in my life. Besides in my sisters case where she got a super bad infection and they re opened her incision for 5 days for it to drain and packed it with gauze but she had a home nurse coming to her house every day to care for it! An

Ouch! sounds really painful. Don't let her get to you maybe she's trying to scare you for some reason. Unless if it gets infected I don't see why they should even think of leaving it open

@myworld94, exactly. They wouldn't. She just likes to sound like a smart ass know it all about everything. She got all pissy about my doctor manually stretching my cervix on Monday. Even tho it helped because I lost my mucus plug this morning. She just thinks she knows best. That's why I told her I don't want her in the delivery room with me!

@bradsmom711, that's what I tried to tell her. I'm like ya. Maybe if I got an infection like my sister did. But initially that shit is completely closed. Because she was telling me I couldn't leave the house for the first like 2 weeks except to go to my appt and the baby's dr appts. But like we're supposed to be moving literally the day of and the few days after he's born and she's all like "you and him can't be riding around in the car from 1 house to another" like bitch I'll do what I want!?!? And maybe if we weren't having to move because of her and my dad during that time frame I wouldn't have to worry about going from house to house to make sure all of my shit is moved!!!!
