Anyone have any experience with evening primrose oil and a vbac? I'll be induced between December 28th January 1st for diabetes (I'm on strong 💪 meds) and baby girl was weighing 4 lbs 10 oz yesterday at 31wks 3days so she'll be near or over 9 lbs around 37-38wks so it's a health reason.. There gonna use a pill 💊 near my cervix (small dose) w lung maturity test of course... I've always been told that evening primrose oil acts like a blood thinner and I always have bleeding issues after baby.. Can someone give me some information

Do you take an anticoagulant ? Or any meds for it?

For diabetes? 2000 MG of metformin and picking up something that starts with a G (glidnaburd something like that) that I will take at bed time

do not use it if you have bleeding issues or take any medications for it !!

O no I'm sorry my long post never went through ... I wouldn't chance it but any supplement you take should be cross referenced with a drug manual to make sure they aren't contraindicated .
