PS I'll be 37 weeks Thursday so im trying to be induced at 38 weeks

I think they only do it if your having complications during your pregnancy what you just described is normal. Also if your having twins you would of already been induce at 37weeks

that's not true I read that some moms get induced without having major complications.

idk I thinkn it depends on the doctor my docotrs always made me go pass my due date and would tell me after a week overdue if I'm not in labor then they will Induce me I was in pain but I never asked to be induce I'm always nervous lol

It really sucks that you are in so much pain. I can understand your desperation, but maybe just white knuckle it a little longer???

yeah? I don't have no problem with asking it is our bodies after all I think I shouldn't be scared to ask. it's not like I wasn't induced before I know what happens

You could always ask.. My sister had a scheduled c-section but was in a lot of pain. She bugged and bugged her Dr to take the baby earlier. They ended up giving in. Gave her some steroid shots to help develop the babies lungs. I wanna say she was about 38 weeks. They don't like to induce if they don't have to. It's really better to let your body do it on your own.

I don't think I'll need steroids by 38 weeks pregnant baby is full term. i was induced with my son at 38 weeks and he was very healthy 6 and a half pounds @cleeg

I doubt they will but never hurts to ask. All they can say is no.
