They recommend saline spray, but that never worked for me. I used Vicks Sinex. Please call and check with your doctor first! I think short term use in your third trimester should be fine though. I know how miserable it is to not be able to breathe. Feel better soon.

@peanutincubator, I am the same way, I turn into a grumpy toddler when I can't breath. I am definitely going to get some Vicks in the morning. That would be so helpful.

@xeraphim1221, Ahhh I wish I could help more. Whenever I can't breathe out of my nose I act like a 2 year old and have a temper tantrum. :P OH, do you have Vicks? If you don't, maybe you could get some tomorrow? That stuff is the best haha

I was sick the last 2 months and nothing helped 😭 you can try Tylenol cold
