got our first set of cloth diapers for my little one 💕 can't wait to start using them 💟 getting a TON more soon🍼🍼

I got them online off eBay they were kinda pricey, I'm new to the cloth diapering game so I might not be much help @wynbird

@katorismommy, where did you get those? They are so cute! And do you have any suggestions on getting started with cloth diapering (like how many I'd need etc?) I'm strongly considering going the cloth route

The liquid Dreft is ok, not the powder. It's right in the middle of effectiveness. My suggestion would be to look for powder Foca at Walmart. It's cheap and highly effective. It's what we use

@chichimango, cloth would help you in the long run. If you live in a city you might have a diaper service that will pick them up each week and bring you clean ones and then clean the dirties.

@katorismommy, you need to wash them a few times to get any chemicals off. What detergent are you using

Well I lack a vehicle as of recently so I'm trying to figure out ways to raise a baby by not raising my carbon foot print. plus I have to work with a budget of nothing due to a job loss. 😳 @thehowtohippie

I don't plan on using a dryer for ours, im gonna hang them up to dry @thehowtohippie is there anything to do with them before I use them on her? like prep?

I meant dryer we don't have a dryer lol

@chichimango, people hand wash or use the laundry mat or friend/families house. Not the most ideal. But I often go to my mils to wash ours if the weather isn't good enough to be dried outside since we don't have a washer.
