I have been working out and eating healthy for the past 3 years to get an healthy shape and lifestyle. Since im pregnant I am so depressed I feel like I have wasted my time and I will never be able to get my shape back. Im only 6 months and my boyfriend already pressuring me to go back to the gym when the baby is born. Make me feel even more like crap. Ofcourse I'll go thru everything for my baby and I feel stupid to be complaining about my body but its harder then a thought it would be :(
That's normal. Man, bump his ignorance. He will sooner or later get the picture that gaining weight isn't a bad thing. You are a beautiful woman, carrying a miracle inside of you. A few extra pounds is normal. It will go away after the baby is born I've heard. You'll be fine. I mean, you don't want to be looking like those anorexic moms who starve themselves and have sick babies because of it. I do understand what you're saying. I was cut before I got pregnant and had been working on my abs and calves. It's flabby but it's a good thing for baby
You can still work out. I did squats, arms, and I ran lightly. as long as your doctor OKs it, you're fine. I even tried yoga which was a fail. Lol.
@mami1212, you're right. Its just hard to get is word out of my head he didnt realise how rude he has been
don't let your man tell you nothing... girl you look good... and yes you will get your shape back but don't worry about that just think of your unborn baby
@tmoschetti06, exactly I also lost around 40 pounds and I already gained 15 😐 im starting to feel like my old self again and its not a good feeling at all.. 😔
Girl, I know exactly how yoy feel! I lost 40 pounds right before I found out I was pregnant and I've gained half of it back already 😕 I mean, I know it's for a good reason, but I still feel like all that hard work was for nothing....
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
Starting TWW. Anyone else?
I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
@emteebee, you're so right! I wish my bf could understand! Thank youu ❤️
