my baby is 7 months and gets 4 to 5 bottles a day about 5 ounces...they still need to have the nutrition from breast milk or formula to grow...food is really empty calories and is for fun...now that my little one is starting to eat more solids her bottles might be 4 ounces depending on the day. she gets her bottle then in a bit I offer food and she eats how much she wants. been like this since 6 months...she eats two bigger meals a day, breakfast and dinner and if she wants a mid day snack
