they will give you 2doses of antibiotics during labor so that baby can get the biotics. unfortunately you won't be able to deliver in water if your B strep positive. if you give birth quick like in a couple hours they will take baby as soon as he/she is born and monitor baby for a couple hours. I was B strep positive twice that's how I know:0)
