Bacon and onion wrapped meatloaf balls with bbq sauce.. before..

Dang, you guys like recipes? I'm forever cooking all day every day.

Ok.

2 pounds ground beef

2 cups Italian bread crumbs

2 eggs.

About a pound of bacon.

Garlic salt

Parmesan cheese.

large vidalia onion.

bbq sauce of your choice.

Mix bread crumbs, eggs, burger, garlic salt to taste and about 1/2 a cup parm.

cut onion in half and peel layers to fit each side of meatloaf ball.

make meatloaf ball, place sliced onion on either side, kind of like a sandwich but don't smoosh the meatball.

wrap in bacon. I used 4 pieces per ball.

put in oven for 40 minutes at 425 with bbq sauce.

pull out after, add more bbq sauce. bake for another 5 minutes.

and you're done!
