Question....if you have sex before the 6 weeks recommended what will happen...like why do doctors want u to wait 6 weeks? will is tear or mess something up inside? and don't say you'll get pregnant granted you use a form of birth control what's the worse that can happen...ugh I have 3 more weeks

Well for me I had sex last week it was my 5th week .. It was okay but afterwards it was so sore n painful inside so I stopped . Tomorrow is my postpartum 6 weeks check up !! ... I still wanna wait a month later lol that shit was painful
I have 2 weeks left until my 6 weeks and have had sex since having my son. I had a c section and made sure that I wasn't sore or had any discomfort at all before I decided I wanted too. We use condoms and take it easy. I'm not sore or anything afterwards. I mean you should listen to your doctor but no one knows your body better then you and not everyone listens.
I never waited the whole 6 weeks. As soon as the bleeding stopped....
@optimommy, I waited 5 weeks when my bleeding had stopped and I wasn't sore anymore and I was sure I was okay. We used condoms and lube and we went slow and steady.

you pdobay still bleeding , you may have had vaginal delivery which means you could be site it's open prone to infection, you could get pregnant n have kids ten months apart but if you are fine wjth a that or it don't apply then go for it!!! Lol
You just gave birth to a baby.. Your insides need healing. Google "inside of woman's body after birth". There's a huge gaping hole from where your placenta was.
