So this morning on my way out to house. I seen this 2-3 year old boy standing in his doorway with just a diaper on crying. I go to him and ask where his mom and dad where he couldn't really talk very well but he said "No mom idk" he had his mom cell so i asked if i could see it and I called the kids dad. He didnt seem to worried. So a few mind later his mom pulls up saying "OMG he was sleep" like that makes it okay to leave your child home alone. I feel I should call CPS because you could tell this wasn't the 1st time. When she seen me she looked scared and didnt saying anything else to me but asked the baby why he came outside. Like seriouly? what would you have done moms?
