Getting Aria started on a strict schedule tomorrow!!!!
Her perception of night and day is no longer here! And it's my fault, and I'm getting frustrated that she isn't sleeping,,, ugh hopefully this goes ok,
@boogersbugsanddirt, it's not w good thing for newborns to sleep through the night. Once they settle into a deep sleep at an early age it's hard for them to wake themselves that's why it's a good thing they wake up so often in the newborn stage. Can be dangerous if they do sleep through the night.
Just from experience, newborns do not have schedules, even if you try. My kids didn't sleep through the night completely until they were a little older. What makes it easier is what @princevince said, wait for feeding cues as opposed to waking her up. Newborns aren't made to sleep through the night. I've never known any newborn to sleep through the night and anyone that tells you otherwise is probably lying. Good luck, it really does get easier.
Newborns are on their own schedule. You may have to wait until she's older. My son is 2 months. There is no schedule. We wait for his feeding cues as to not wake him up from his sleep because when they're sleeping they're growing. He also went through growth spurts including these past few days where his sleep stretches were longer and his feeding cues were more often.
❤️Getting to know you❤️
Since our May group is growing strong and we have a lot of new mommies joining and sharing their bfp's...Thought it will be fun to get to know each other as we all share our pregnancy journey!
need suggestions....
So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.
GENDER POST! ??????
Alright mommas for everyone whose going to be finding out gender sometime in November or later..lets get a post going and keep each other updated. And for everyone who has already found out post below what you thought you were going to have and what you are actually having! ?
IUI Monday!!
So today I went in for my routine bloodwork and ultrasound, and found out that I have three follicles at 17mm! Plus another two at 15mm. When leaving the clinic my FS said to take another dose of gonal-f and come back tomorrow to check to see how big they got and that we would do the iui on Wednesday. Well, after getting home, taking my gonal-f and going out to shovel snow (lol) I get a call saying that I am SURGING!!! I haven't ovulated on my own, or even come close to it in years...
For Fun
With most of us in a sleep regression or exhausted from being working moms, or just plain bored I figured it would be fun to get a little game started... so who's up for 2 truths and a lie? It's easy.. you post 3 facts about yourself, 2 true and 1 lie and when you guess you post yours here's mine:
