omggg I just got the IUD and have had horrible cramps on this period also

im going for 1 year on the birth control i do depo shot every 3 months and i dont get my period for 2 months i get it untill its time for my shot only get for 2 weeks and when tht happens its horrible

I literally felt it was a contraction. ..I took 800 ml ibuprofen it helped
