Any mommas have advice on boosting milk supply? I drink A LOT of water/fluids already. Needing to boost it a bit so I can pump and start my milk stash for when I go back to work.

I'm having the same issue! I asked my doctor and she told me to start taking fenugreek, it's actually suppose to boost your milk supply. I've been taking it for a couple days and haven't noticed a huge difference just yet but I'm hopeful!

Pump. Start pumping and that'll help boost it also I eat oatmeal and that helps boost it
If any mama's out there need to boost their milk supply I strongly recommend this! My milk supply increased within the first day!
I started taking Fenugreek to see if it would actually boost my milk supply. My armpits smell like I rolled around in pancakes drenched in syrup. That maple syrup smell they describe is no joke. I don't know if it boosted my milk supply yet but, it did make me want pancakes 😭😭😭😭.

I have same issue. I drink so much water. and the pump thing confuses me cause I was told to pump after a feeding. well my son pretty much emptys my boob so??.......issue.
