Safety pins or necklaces and you can't say baby. Whoever hears a person saying baby steals it. Whoever has most at the end gets prize... Baby bingo. People fill out what they think you'll get and play as you open.

we played a game where you get a big bowl of rice put safety pins in it(mix them well) blind fold each player and see who gets the most safety pins the game is fun because its harder than it sounds and you cant tell the difference from the feeling of the pins and the rice @deiona_mom2b16
I've been to a couple of baby showers recently that they the guess mom's belly size and the game where the guests compete to see who can drink either beer or soda and rum the quickest out of a baby bottle.
For mine my mom did guess the belly size with string, baby scramble, the number game where you put numbers on the bottom of all the cake plates and you say a number and the person with that number wins a prize, also she did the advice game where everyone writes advice down on a card without putting their name on it and then you read them all and choose the best, and she did the plate game where she put items on a paper plate and showed it to everyone and they had to write down everything from memory.
you have to guess the number of days each animal is pregnant... and we also did a diaper raffle.. everyone who brought a pack of diapers got entered in a raffle tp win a $25 gift card :)

I'm thinking of playing a game where the guest puts a paper plate on their head and WITHOUT lifting the pen has to draw a baby.
they all get collected and mom chooses the best looking baby.

my friend also printed out pictures of celebrity babies and posted them on poster board & said guess who the parents were.
