Where can you get burp cloths, because I can't find them anywhere.

I used to be able get like plain white ones at Walmart but you're right I haven't really seen them

A friend advised me to use cloth diapers for a cheap option! Check on Amazon for both (cloth diapers and traditional burp cloths)

I got the cloth diapers from Target. I love those more than the stuff that is actually advertised as burp cloths and they are inexpensive!
