Don't go in thinking "Fuck this bus going to hurt." Obviously it will be uncomfortable. Know you will probably be uncomfortable but don't expect the worst. It will make it a lot easier. Try reading about hypnobabies as soon as possible. Learn to put yourself in a meditating state.

A lot of times I hear the contractions are more painful than birth. You have to go in calm and collective. Be relaxed. The more tight and tense you are the more pain you will be in, I'm sure. Keep it cool! You got this. Remember to breath. ☺️

Ummmmm a 12😳😖but if you go fast you won't have to much time to think about but for some people its not that bad I had back and butt labor because she was coming out facing the wrong way......good luck when your time comes
