hello ladies, I have a question? when you guys lay down do you ever lose the feeling in ur hands like your hand has no blood going threw it at all .....how do I stop this from happening?

When I lay on one side yes.. try propping yourself with pillows to take weight off your extremities. .

Try a different position, sound like a nerve may be getting pinched.. propping yourself with a pillow may help too.

I had that all the time I ended up switching sides alot or partially propping myself up @applepie19
