10minutes and as many as you want til your satisfied with your stash

If I woke up before baby did, I would pump for a good ten/fifteen minutes before they woke up in the morning (didn't completely empty my breasts). Then I would nurse on demand throughout the day (I'd encourage you to comfort feed as well! Helps keep your supply up ☺️). And I would pump again at night after baby went to sleep, and completely empty my breasts. If you know baby is sleeping well and will be out for awhile, you can try a "power pump" - you pump for 20 minutes, rest for 10, pump for 10, rest for 10, and pump for a final 10 minutes. That will help increase your supply as well! It takes an hour through and the boobies will be EMPTY after that, so I baby wakes up they might not get much if you try to nurse right after!

Yes that sounds empty and the more you do it the more your milk will come in around the times you do it if you stick to a consistent schedule

I pump every two hours for 15-20 mins. Suggested time is 15 mins per pump session every 2-3 hours or after baby eats
