So my husband and I went to disneyland yesterday and are going again today. After all the walking my hips and muscles around there as well as some muscles above my 23 week bump are sore. It spunds normal but not I'm really sure. any thoughts?

I recently walked 8 hours straight a few weeks ago, at the Royals parade. i was sooo sore. Even my bump. I had a drs appt the next day and complained of it. The dr said its from strenuous exercise. And it wont hurt the baby. But can definitely wreck you and leave you sore for a few days.
I feel like my nurse gave me the whoopen cough vaccine in the muscle of my arm XD

Leg Pain ? I'm 11weeks 1day and I've had a throbbing pain in my left calf muscle for the past few days. I've tried stretching and elevating my feet but it's not helping. Anyone experiencing this and have suggestions?
My leg seriously aches and idk what to do for it. It's mainly in my calf muscle and radiates up to my thigh.
