Anxiety

@roxanna17 my anxiety attacks are always different while I'm pregnant. With my first I would do that every day. It drove my man nuts. try asking to be on a anti anxiety an depressant. Helped me a lot with this pregnancy.

I have bad anxiety and when I was pregnant it was worse. One night my hands and arms got numb and I like couldn't even talk right. Anxiety can do crazy things to ur body.

I've taken Xanax before and I didn't like it.. And now that I'm pregnant I don't want anything anti depressant kus I'm scared @coryellemg3

The same thing happened throughout my pregnancy 😕 its definitely anxiety..

It's the worst i been able to handle it taken Xanax like three time before I was pregnant didn't like it so I just let it be because I had it uncontrol but now it's like I lost it @xoxoc

Xan's were definitely a life savor for me before I got pregnant but there isn't much you can take while pregnant. I personally don't agree with taking any medications while pregnant or breast feeding... I don't even take tylonal. @roxanna17

I know me either I don't want anything that may harm the baby @xoxoc I'm just going to deal with it and cry it out lol

@roxanna17 I take lexapro it's safe or I wouldn't take it. I would lose my mind if I wasn't on it. keeps me level.

I'm goin to take talk to my dr about anti depressant although I'm not 100 about it.. @coryellemg3 thank you by the way for getting my mind of crying lol I'm calm now

@roxanna17 I've been on it for 10 years. only medicine to help me. I've tried others, it made it worse.

@roxanna17 no problem. try coloring when you start to feel weird or listen to music.

I deal with bi polar depression, anxiety and ptsd. I take zoloft, I hate to have to take meds while pregnant but my psychiatrist and ob both said that it is best if I stay on my meds. I go from perfectly fine to not wanting to be here within minutes when I don't have them. It's pretty scary. Your Dr won't suggest something for you if it's not what is in your best interest so don't be afraid to ask
