This may be a bit personal/intimate, but just wanted some other outlooks and experiences. Has anyone's sex life changed since becoming pregnant? Obviously I know it does change when pregnant, but I mean as far as when you are actually having sex compared to what it was like prior. My drive I feel is somewhat comparable to pre-pregnancy sex drive (it did disappear for the first 5 months lol) and we still have sex regularly, but something just feels different. Could just be my hormones/insecurities, that's why I am asking for others opinions. We definitely do not do things we used to, for example (sorry if TMI) my husband has not gone down on me since I was like 11 weeks, and that is something he did almost EVERY time before and we don't do any crazy positions. I know funky stuff happens and comes out of our lady goods while pregnant, so maybe that's why? lol. He still makes sure my needs are met, and I still feel wanted by him, however it does not feel as passionate or sometimes crazy like it used to. 😳

Ever since my bump got bigger sex isn't the same.... Idk it my be the hormones too! I don't feel like having sex!

I was surprised that I do still want to, lol. My whole first trimester and half of my second I was not about it at all. I do seem to have "windows" where I want to and if it doesn't happen then, he's out of luck, lol. @lucylu2

Lol my 1st and 2nd trimester we were bunnies lol but as the end came of my 2nd trimester (about 25-27 wks) I was not in the mood. It's crazy!! But yes if he misses the window I'm like sorry😂

I suggest, as it has worked for me, to be a little adventurous. For example, I give him a surprise bj, and other things(when kids are asleep of course) on the couch, any where, lol makes sex a lot hotter. We never had that problem pre pregnancy, but pregnancy will do that! 😊

I've had a lot of people tell me I'm weird and opposite of the normal, lol. I thought I would be totally put off by it at this point and would have wanted it more in the beginning but nope. I'm sure once these next few weeks go by my window will have closed for a while llucylu2 ol@

I definitely agree that helps! I do still surprise him sometimes, but I've definitely not done it near as much as before pregnancy. The last time I tried a surprise I got in the shower with him and ended up blacking out as soon as we did the deed 😂🙈 talk about ruining the mood lol.

I completely agree!! Our sex life has changed a lot. Smh I've gone down on him just to show him that I still appreciate him but he hasn't returned the favor since I was like 5 months. And he stopped doing it along with foreplay. like damn he just jumps right into it now. smh hopefully it will go back after like a month or two after we have her!!!

Luckily my husband hasn't totally slipped foreplay...just my favorite form of it has gone missing 😂 lol. I'm thinking maybe he thinks something will happen while he's down there and thats why he quit, lol. Its definitely different having sex while pregnant and I'm hoping it goes back to normal as well @aniyasmommy
