I feel like my emotions are all over the place right now. A cat wandered up hungry and sick and my heart is breaking for it. Put out food and water and it dove in. I want to go out and pick it up and comfort it but I'm afraid of germs for me, the possible baby, and my inside kitty babies! Idk what to do. Poor baby!

I put out food and water. I can't afford to take it to vet honestly. And bringing it inside isn't an option. I have 2 kitty babies inside I can't get sick.
If you feel strongly about the lil one put on some gloves and get it checked out by a vet. Or you can just feed it but I don't know how you feel. I adopted a kitten that was found in the trash and now he's a healthy 2 year old furbaby.
I hate that animals live like this... I wish I could save all of them. Breaks me down.
does it have a cold in his eye? take milk and put it in his eye if so. that's what we do with barn cats
