I'm so sorry that he's picking up on the stupidity of his boss. I would have shut it down real quick. I see this at my work also and it pisses me off every time i hear one of my older co worker say "The Mexicans" or use the N word. Or in my bf's family when I hear about the "boarder hopper illegals" or get asked "what kind of jobs do you people have?Mcdonalds?"Ummmm... Do you not realize how insensitive that is? You dont hear me calling people "crackers." How will I explain my child to them? Mexican, Filipino, Hawaiian, Chinese, Italian, & Norweigan. Hmmm.
