So I'm laying in bed and I keep randomly feeling my heart start racing in my throat like it literally feels like my heart is in my throat like that feeling when you get scared. then it'll stop and start again. What the heck? It's making me queasy

Most likely from the increased blood flow in the last trimester. Try lying with your head elevated a bit. @elenasmommy
