try putting a warm towel by your cheek where it hurts or rinse your mouth with warm water n salt

warm salt water rinsed 3 to 5 times a day. LOTS OF AMBESOL works way better than oragel. And you can hold a qtip dipped in clove oil on the tooth go help with pain !

Do you have any swelling in your gums?? if so it could be an infection causing the pain, you should definitely see a dentist because infection can get in your bloodstream and get to your little one
