I didn't but one of my friends did! She said it helped a ton with her ppd and milk supply!

She also did tinctures!

I wanna do it whenever we get pregnant again!! I've heard alot of good things about it!!! when we have a viable pregnancy that is.

my parenting classes suggested I don't do it. the plancenta is like a filter holding in all the toxic waste so when you take it in pill form you're pretty much taking in all the stuff the plancenta was trying to keep away from your baby

I want to do it but I'm gonna speak with a nutritionist first and see what my OB says.
