I'm almost 21 weeks & my baby boy keeps kicking really low like by my bladder is it normal for him to be that low still? this is my 2nd pregnancy

My baby didn't move up until last week and I'm 29 weeks :) as long as he's flipped around before you give birth you're fine
This is also my second pregnancy the first I had a girl I am having a boy now and he also kicks very very low... It's almost like I can feel his kicks in my vagina more than my tummy... Lol
So worried this is not normal for me at all my blood pressure is high it’s normally low and my heart rate is low and it’s normally high.
