I'm just wondering when everyone started buying things for baby? (Crib, car seat, stroller, etc) im not due till April 22nd but I want to start getting his room ready sooner rather then later. My SO keeps saying we have plenty of time and suggested we start buying in March.... No, no, no! Lol Baby's are unpredictable. It's both of our first so I know he's more relaxed about buying and I want to go shop everyday. When did everyone start buying for their babies??

I was thinking of doing that as well but at that point I'll be 8ish months pregnant and my SO works between 14-20 a day... He'd have no time to help put stuff together:(
I'm not buying tell tax time. I'm due March 7. I'll have more money to bend and work with.
I've been buying things as I find good deals! I'm almost 28 weeks and have almost everything I need now because you're right, babies are unpredictable!
I had my babyshower at 30 weeks & ive had my stroller since 20 weeks & my crib sometime in between those weeks . You can really start to buy things whenever you're ready too
I stared when I knew she was a girl I put the big things on layaway at babyrus and made payments every other week I didn't want a baby shower because ppl really never buy u what u need you get more clothes so u figured I buy what I like and want and if they wanted to gift her something when theu came to visit when she was born that was fine and sure enough she got alot of cloths lol

I had my baby shower at 16 weeks.. It was a baby shower/engagement party and it worked out for family and everything to have it early. So I'm 29 weeks and we have everything for the baby.
I had her crib and stuff at around 12 weeks. and also bought some gender neutral outfits. because I just couldn't wait. lol then after that we found out we are having a girl at 20 weeks, and that's when we started getting more girly items. all of the big stuff was bought for us. and I've just gotten everything I'll need for her at my last babyshower. which was at 33 weeks (:
We found out the gender early which is what made me want to start buying now. The wait is so hard!!
I bought little things here and there, but I made sure I had everything ready by at least 37-38 weeks, just because I didn't want to be messing with it when I wanted to relax the end of my pregnancy.

I bought everything once I found out the gender. But I have bad anxiety and have to have everything I need way before hand, but you don't have to rush just do it whenever you want. You have plenty of time ☺️☺️
